Meet Our Team
Shravan Dantu
Shravan comes with around 30 years of experience in the IT Industry.
He has worked with large global companies in setting up their “first” outsourcing/ offshoring programs. Some such marquee clients include Guardian Life Insurance, Cigna, Sanofi Aventis, Coach Retail, etc. He has worked with large GCCs like Target, Amazon, Novartis, etc., in furthering their offshore agenda. His past employers include large/small corporates like Accenture, HP, PIP (a PE-focused company), etc. He has also been a successful entrepreneur.
Deepak Bhardwaj
Deepak comes with over 25 years of experience in software engineering and Data Analytics.
He has worked with organizations like Microsoft, Anthem, UHG(Optum), etc. At one of the captives (GICs) he was accountable for the growth and delivery (~ $40 Million) of cloud-based (SAS) healthcare analytics platforms in Population Health Management and Value-Based Care (VBC) markets. At another GIC, as the Head of the Digital & Data Engineering platform for GCC/GIC ramped to over 2000+ Engineers and set up a Digital Delivery Excellence Center.
